  'Campaign Management' (the main component of the 'scientific management') is a historical phenomenon, is a process, about the late 19th century from the 20th century to 30 years, generally 40-50 years. Management campaign is awareness of the importance of management, as well as the resulting economic development of a significant impact on the process. To enhance its efficiency and productivity ideas and provides a framework to solve the problem.
  This movement in the late 19th century to the mainstream of the mid-20th century. However, the industrial revolution occurred in Europe, a century after the 'campaign management' has emerged in the United States, which has its historical inevitability.  
  After the industrial revolution, social, political, economic, technological changes and development, as well as organizational growth and people's values, ideology, consciousness, culture, emergence of new concepts, have had a huge impetus to the people emphasis on management. 

The results of the industrial revolution many immigrants from Europe to the American continent, the United States of commodity economy, labor distribution, the development of the factory system, so that awareness of the need for professional management and administrative staff; 'social Darwinism' is the doctrine recognition of the existence of ruthless competition, with the result that 'survival of the fittest'; the rise of the trade union movement, led to new management to study the issues and labor relations; the Reformation, Christians can recognize the personal property, to encourage individuals to engage in industrial and commercial activities; enterprises, company's product diversification and decentralization of production and operation, under the conditions of small-scale authoritarian type of management, gradually being replaced by a professional type of management; technological progress has been the subject of management thought and philosophy with the great changes and seek to enhance the power of technology appropriate human activity, that is management.
